t 40 mins. That's not so bad when I went in (no appointment) to take a knowledge test and picture taken and all that fun (read: boring) stuff. Comments?
If only the DMV could be privatized like everything SHOULD be in America. I'll bet they would have you in and out with a smile on your face the whole time. Too bad Obama's socialist regime is in full swing.
I guess it only takes one really bad experience anywhere to tarnish it for forever... the DMVs around here aren't so bad, if you make an appointment, that is.
